TEAM, Inc. helps people insure that they literally have a roof over their head to preserve the safety and security of their family. Our Eviction Prevention program brings landlords and tenants together in a mediation setting to resolve disputes in an effort to avoid a formal eviction. Our Housing Crisis Assistance Program provides support services to help people who have been forced to relocate including emergency shelter, assistance with housing searches and even financial aid for security deposits. Our Beyond Shelter Program provides case management services to individuals transitioning from shelters to their own apartments.
