Community and Neighborhood

Thousands of people seeking child care, housing, financial, employment, and holiday assistance as well as elder services turn to our agency for help. It is very difficult to navigate the difficult and complex social service delivery system. Information on various resources are identified, and provided by TEAM Staff to individuals that are unsure of where to turn for assistance with a program. Information on local and statewide resources is also available and the service is free.
